Watermelon Ice Cubes
Ice cubes doesn't have to be just water, but can also be fruity flavored. Remove the skin. Cut the watermelon in to two and remove the seeds. Chop it in to small pieces Use your mixer blender to crush the watermelon pieces and freeze the juice to make watermelon cubes. Put a few of these in to your glass of water to add some flavor to your cup of water.
Or, you can blend the chopped water melon, add some sugar and have a glass of fresh watermelon juice instead.
Pineapple juice
Cut and remove the top and the bottom of the fruit and then remove the skin. Cut off a thin strip of the outside of the pineapple no more than half an inch thick. Chop the pineapple in to small cubes. Add the cubes in to the blender jar. Add sugar if you want your cup of pineapple juice sweeter than natural. Close the lid and turn on the switch.
You can also make frozen pineapple juice cubes to add pineapple flavor to your glass of water.
Papaya Juice
Peel off the skin. Cut and remove the top and the bottom of the fruit. Cut the fruit in half and remove the black seeds inside the fruit (there are seedless papaya as well). Chop the two halves in to cubes and put in to the jar of your mixer blender. Add sugar if necessary. Close the lid and turn on the switch. You can add some water if it is too thick for you.
Banana Milkshake
Remove the skin and slice the banana. Put the slices in to the blender jar. Add sugar if necessary. Close the lid and turn the blender on. Add more bananas to increase the quantity.
Add some milk to the jar to make banana milkshake. If you like your milkshake thicker then add less milk and more milk will make it more liquid.
Avocado Juice
Cut the fruit in half. Remove the big seed. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Add the flesh in the blender jar. Add as much milk as you want. Remember, the more milk you add more fluid it becomes. Add sugar. Close the blender lid and turn on the switch.
You can make avocado juice popsicles by pouring the juice in to a Popsicle mold and keeping it in the freezer. Tastes nice and also will cool you down on a hot summer day!
Strawberry Milkshake
Wash the strawberries. Remove the small green leaves at the top. Dice the fruits in to small chunks and put in to the blender jar. Add some fresh milk. Close the lid and turn on the switch. Add more strawberries and milk to increase the quantity. Less milk will make your strawberry milkshake thicker and more milk will make it more fluid.
Tastes nice if you mix fresh strawberry juice (without the milk) with Vanilla ice cream!
Passion Fruit Juice
Cut the fruit in half. Use a spoon to scoop the fresh seeds out and add the seeds to the blender jar. Add sugar if needed. Add water. Less water will make your cup of juice thicker more will make it more fluid. Set the blender to the lowest speed, close the lid and blend at about 20 second intervals till the flesh is mixed well with the water. You can use a strainer to remove any remaining pieces of seed.
You can make passion fruit juice popsicles by pouring the juice in to a Popsicle mold and keeping it in the freezer.
Mango Juice
Wash the mangoes well. Peel off the skin. Use a knife to slice and remove the flesh from the seed. Put the mango slices in to the blender jar. Add water. Remember, too much water will make your juice taste more like water than mango. Add sugar if you’d like your juice to taste sweeter than natural. Close the lid and turn on the switch.
Carrot Apple and Ginger Juice
Wash the apples and then peel and cut in half. Remove the seeds. Chop the Apples in to small cubes.
Wash the carrots well to remove the dirt and pesticides. Remove the skin with a peeler and slice the carrots.
Wash and peel the ginger and then chop in to smaller pieces.
Put the chopped apple, the sliced carrot and the pieces of ginger in to the blender. Add water. Blend until smooth.
Grape Juice
Wash the grapes well to remove the dirt and pesticides. Remove the stems. Put the clean grapes in to the blender jar. Add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth. Place a large strainer over a bowl and pour the juice over it. Use a spatula to press the pulp to get the maximum juice out of the pulp. Throw away the solid pulp. Add some lemon to it. Add some more water if it is too sweet for you. Add a few ice cubes and stir it well.
