I purchased your HP 1.2 Magnum Mixie, which was delivered to me on November 27, 2024. I used it the same day for about 30 minutes to make dosa batter, but your company product quality , the handle broke during use.

I promptly reported this issue through your dropbox system, but I haven’t received any response yet. I also sent a message to your WhatsApp support, but despite seeing activity on the account, my message has gone unanswered.

I kindly request you to replace the broken handle or jar, whichever is appropriate. I would also like to understand your warranty procedures and how you handle such issues.

As a customer, I trusted your brand and spent my hard-earned money believing in the quality of your products. This situation has caused me great disappointment and stress. I sincerely hope you will address this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest.

Powerful machine and amazing results

We bought the Magnum 1.2 HP mixer grinder (4 jars) and is very satisfied with the machine. It is powerful, easy to clean and did the perfect grind as we expected. We tried with ginger, garlic, grains, spices and nuts so far, all worked very well. The spatula was also very helpful. I would add also that the delivery was very fast and cheap shipping fee. Would absolutely recommend this mixer grinder!
