the worst customer servive , you can buy the products because you have no other choice and once you buy them if you are lucky , you will be able to use for few months , other wise no body will respond , you need to throw the products in dustbin . the only reason i bought them here is we get good customer service , if we get them from india , i can’t get any service but here is nothing different . this is unacceptable that in Germany you run a business with out customer service or without product guarantee. what a shame !

I bought the Butterfly Elektra All-In-One Food Processor & Mixer Grinder in November 2024, expecting help in the kitchen — not an unexpected smoke show.

After very light usage (only 2–3 times a month), while grinding chutney, the mixer decided to:

Make abnormal noises

Shut itself off

Then proudly release smoke from inside the unit

With the red motor light glowing, as if to say “Mission accomplished”

I didn’t know this product came with a self-destruct mode, but apparently it does.

Now let’s talk about customer service — or should I say customer silence.
I tried contacting Butterfly through:

WhatsApp ✔️

Email ✔️

Multiple follow-ups ✔️

The response? Nothing. Complete silence.
I guess Butterfly believes “no reply is the best reply”.

For a product still under warranty and with a clear safety issue, this level of support is honestly disappointing. A kitchen appliance emitting smoke isn’t something customers should have to chase support for.

Final thoughts:

✔️ Nice design
❌ Poor durability
❌ Zero after-sales support (at least in the UK)

If you enjoy mystery smoke, surprise shutdowns, and talking to yourself on WhatsApp, this product might be for you.
Otherwise, I’d suggest looking elsewhere until Butterfly improves both product reliability and customer service responsiveness.
