Hi Recently purchased Butterfly Elektra. After single use of the Jar Handle broke, when I contacted customer care no reply from them.

Received a broken jar handle

1.5L jar handle was broken when i received it 3 weeks ago. I still haven’t got a replacement as their customer care is very slow at responding

Terrible service , avoid at any cost

I ordered a mixer grinder on July 25th, and after continuous follow-ups, it finally arrived on August 13th. The delay was just the beginning of a nightmare experience. The service from the advisor is beyond poor, and the quality of the product is absolutely pathetic, especially considering the £137 I paid.

Within just 13 days of receiving the product, the jar broke while mixing rice on August 26th. I immediately emailed and called customer service, but there was no response. The representative who picks was extremely rude and unhelpful when I requested a replacement. They claimed to have sent a replacement, but the tracking information showed it was returned to them due to missing details. I had to follow up again, yet received no further response.

As it stands, I have no way to use the product because the jars are defective. I requested a return and refund, which I did within the two-week window of receiving the item. However, the advisor I spoke to refused to process a refund. Despite my repeated efforts, I still have not received my £137 back.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid this product and company at all costs. The service is appalling, and the product is faulty.

If I ever receive my refund, I will gladly return the item and consider removing this review, but as of now, I have had an extremely negative experience.
