Problem

There were 2 seals blocked ,out of site, under the trasparent jar. I removed them . I don't know if they are extra seals or the are missing in the transparent jar I'm not using it. I can send you pictures so that you can understand.

Good motor and functionality but poor construction of pots

The motor of the mixer grinder is good. You can grind batter for dosas and idlis, other stuff quite well. What was disappointing is the handles are made of cheap plastic and the wall thickness at the screws is quite less. I broke one during regular operation nothing extra ordinary in about a month's time with less than 5 uses. Rest is okay.

very bad quality

the handles of the jars made with very bad quality plastic, i found it is broken even before the first use (both jars) , and when i contacted customer service there is no response from them
